We will send the proof once you submit the order. This will also include the proof approval link, allowing you to pay via credit card or PayPal.

If you want to adjust the design, simply reply to the email proof you received. Tell us the change needed, and we will revise the proof and send you a new proof.

Generally, it takes around 2–4 weeks to produce and ship custom lapel pins. However, rush orders with expedited shipping options are often available for an additional fee. For offset printing lapel pins, we typically use stainless iron. For other styles, we usually use iron for ordinary shapes and zinc alloy for more complex hollow shapes.

Hard enamel pins have a smooth, polished surface, as the enamel is filled and polished to be level with the metal edges. Soft enamel pins have a textured surface where the enamel sits lower than the raised metal edges, giving them a dimensional look.

We do not charge sales tax unless your order is being shipped within Texas. For Texas shipments, an 8.25% sales tax will be added to your total.
